The Mammogram Voucher Program (MVP), is funded by a grant provided by Susan G. Komen for the Cure Pittsburgh Affiliate and administered by the American Cancer Society. FREE mammograms and follow-up diagnostic services are provided to medically underinsured and uninsured women in 30 counties of Western and Central Pennsylvania.
You must live in Western or Central Pennsylvania in one of these 30 counties:
Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Huntington, Indiana, Jefferson, Juniata, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Mifflin, Somerset, Venango, Washington, Warren and Westmoreland counties

Services provided: -Screening mammograms -Diagnostic mammograms -Breast sonograms -Clinical examination of the breasts -Needle aspirations and biopsies -Surgical consultation
To qualify, you must meet one of these requirements: -You have no insurance and it would create a financial hardship to pay -You are unemployed and without medical assistance that covers mammograms -You are under the age of 35 and have symptoms or have a close relative (mother, sister or daughter) diagnosed as having breast cancer -You are age 35 and over without insurance coverage for an annual mammogram
